Everyone will tell you their coffee is the best. Ours is too, and more. We carefully select from the very top 2% of all graded beans, what industry professionals call “specialty” rated, and choose from single origins (local farms), and roast to a low acid profile. Our Master Roaster of 35+ years, Chris, has perfected our roasting profiles to maximize flavor and reduce acid (bitterness).
